How we handle your data.

Who we are
Futurescale Ltd (“we”, “us”) is the controller of any personal data you give us through this website. You can reach us through the contact page.
What we collect, and why
When you start a brief, we ask for your name, work email, brand, website and a short description of what you’re working on. We use it to reply to you and to decide whether we’re the right fit. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, if we go on to work together, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.
We don’t buy lists, we don’t add you to a newsletter without asking, and we don’t sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Tools we use
The brief form is provided by Tally (Tally B.V., Belgium). Your answers are stored by Tally and forwarded to us by email. Tally’s own privacy notice is attally.so.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Vercel processes standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve the site securely. We don’t currently run analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes we’ll update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we don’t take forward are deleted within twelve months. If we work together, we keep what’s needed for the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us through the contact page and we’ll respond within a month. If you’re not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
